使用说明

• env/headers 中的脱敏密钥会被保留——回传脱敏值不会覆盖已存储的真实密钥。
• environment_kind/environment_id 是相互独立的部分更新字段：两者都省略表示运行器绑定不变；设置任一字段即可修改绑定，约束与创建时相同（byoc 或留空）。
• 变更 team_id 需要对目标团队具有重新分配权限；若运行器绑定未随之修改，则该绑定在新团队下仍须对调用者可选，否则更新会被拒绝。
• 每次调用都会记录到账户审计日志。
